Terms & Conditions of Referral Program

Referrals must be a new patient to Phoenix NP and not an existing site member nor a patient currently or previously within our electronic medical record system.

Credits earned can only be applied to an existing patient, and is applied as a "refund" back to the customer through our payment processor, back to the card used for the most recent monthly payment.

The referred patient's discount is provided as a coupon code to be used when they first sign up for a Phoenix NP plan and will be applied to the first billing cycle for the amount stated within the referral program. Subsequent billing cycles are charged at the regular price of the plan they have selected.

A new patient referral can only to be attributed to a single referring existing patient, meaning that only one person can receive the referral credit for each patient. A new patient can not specify that they have been referred by more than one person.

There is no maximum to the number of referrals that an existing patient can refer, but the credits can only be applied to the amount paid by the existing patient for that current month. Any credit that exceeds the current billed amount for the month will receive the remaining owed credit in the following month.

If you refer someone to Phoenix NP as a website member (i.e. newsletter, blog) but you are not currently a patient with Phoenix NP or currently on a paid subscription plan, then no referral credit reward can be applied. No cash or monetary value is issued or paid out separately but the credit can be held in your name and applied to your account if you were to sign up for a paid subscription plan at a later time (some restrictions may apply).

Phoenix NP retains the right to discontinue or modify the terms or conditions to which this referral program is applied, especially in cases in which fraud or manipulation of the referral program is suspected. Phoenix NP will always try to honor the referral program and provide the credits or discounts in a fair and equitable manner. If for any reason the code or credit can not be applied or was not applied properly, then we may provide the credit or reward in a different manner based on discussions with the involved parties at that time.
